We put the tree up on Sunday, outdoor lights up over Thanksgiving (when it was warm - SOO much better than last year), and still need to put Frosty the snowman out (today? Maybe if I bundle up enough to brave the cold and the snow).

You tree is so pretty! And shoveling does not really entail braving the snow in my opinion - driving around is braving the snow! shoveling is a necessity.
I guess complaining about a Damp 50 Degrees is out of the question...
Lol...yep (actually damp and chilly is my least favorite - so I'd allow for some complaining). The high today is -3. Now that we have snow, I was thinking about snowshoeing but -3 isn't a good day to be outside (and John's Jeep was on the street when they plowed, which means we need to dig it back out).
